Our Steering group consists of Ollie Clifton (Project Coordinator), Steve Lee (Farm Manager), Steve Campbell (Retreat Centre group), Marie- Laure Darricarerre (community and healing group member), Cat Alker (community and Retreat Centre member), Kirsty Abrahams (RXAA coordinator), Rainer Hofmann (Farm group member)  and Trina King (RXAA member and RXI director).

The Community group has done valuable and heartfelt work to draft an application form and create a vision and values document.  More work is being done to formalise the process of joining community so please contact us if you are interested in being part of this or if you have skills that could assist the foundation of a community. 

Farm working group - Contact Steve Lee or Ollie Clifton
Ren Xue will officially take on the running of the farm on 1st June 2022. 
With our Farm Manager Steve Lee this group is working to create a plan for the Ren Xue farm. This is likely to involve an incremental approach towards more diversification with an overall goal to work in harmony with the environment. Learning and getting to know the land will be a key part of the planning. This is an exciting time to be involved! 
We are putting the call out now to invite ideas for social enterprises on the farm - have you always wanted to grow medicinal herbs?; start a bee-keeping business?; start a market garden?
